My good friend Kristin and her husband just came home from vacation to find that a sprinkler had broken while they were gone, sending a stream of steady water into their attic – collapsing the ceiling of their bedroom and ruining their floors, walls, furniture, clothes, etc. To make matter worse, their home was on the market, as they are preparing to move to Iowa in 2 weeks for her husband’s new job.
