I didn’t have a blog post schedule for today, so when I saw that Kristen at When at Home was co-hosting a “currently” link-up today, I thought I’d join! I always think it’s fun to see what other bloggers are up to.
Thinking about: My to-do list for the day. It’s a long one, but I’ve already been able to cross some things off (thank you, Abe, for still being asleep {at 9:45 am})! Still to go are doing laundry and grocery shopping…
Reading: I’m currently reading 3 (well…. ok 5) books. Two of them I’ll be posting book reviews about in a week or two, so I won’t spoil the fun there, but I’m also reading And Baby Makes Three, Reviving Ophelia, and the Book of Mormon.
Listening to: My sweet baby boy starting to wake up in the next room. I love hearing his little sounds as he stretches and wiggles around.
Thankful for: My membership in the LDS Church. We had Stake Conference this weekend, and it was just what I needed to hear.The main topic was about strengthening families, through all sorts of activities – family prayer and scripture study, family home evening, temple attendance and missionary work. I felt the Spirit so strongly and am excited to “be a little better” as President Hinckley said.
Photographing: The day-to-day antics of Abe. He’s such a hoot these days – rolling all over the place and giggling at silly things. I love it.
