I’ll admit, I’m a newbie to the essential oils scene and am still learning and trying new things out. I have a few samples that Jana graciously sent me, and I have loved using them so far. And when InstaNatural offered to send me bottles of their lemon and peppermint essential oils to try out, how could I say no? The first thing I noticed when I received the bottles was how huge they were. 4 fluid ounces! And they were potent, too. I could smell them before I even opened the box they came in. As far as I can tell from using them, they are great quality, as well. I’ve really enjoyed using them so far, and I wanted to share with you five ways I’m using them in my life. (And PS, InstaNatural also sells natural beauty products, so make sure them out!)
Please be aware that I am not trained on safe use of oils,
so please do your research and/or consult with your doctor before using them!
