Good morning, friends! Today is the first in a series of guest posts that will go up most Tuesdays and Thursdays through December. I recruited some of my favorite bloggers and friends to help fill this space of mine while I’m off adjusting to becoming a mom to two kiddos. I hope you enjoy all the content they’ve prepared for you! And don’t worry, I’ll still be posting off and on, just not as often 🙂 I couldn’t not!

I’m excited to be guest posting on my good friend Britt’s blog today. Britt and I have known each other for around eight years now. She’s such a sweetie and she’s super talented in so many ways!
I’m Jenny, the blogger behind the lifestyle blog All These Things. I like to blog about several different things, the name of my blog came from wanting to share all the things I love and want to share with others. One of the things I love most is being healthy and active. I love running and focus mainly on that, but I also love to find, and share, new ways to stay healthy and active.
Another thing I love is Harry Potter (and I know Britt loves Harry Potter too). That’s why I decided to share this Harry Potter workout with you all today. That, and because nothing says fall, to me, quite like Harry Potter. This workout could be done once a day, once a week, or if you’re really ambitious, during a Harry Potter movie marathon. But the best way to do this is with some of your Harry Potter fanatic friends. Because it’s always more fun to workout with other people.
Some of these moves in these workouts may be moves you’ve never done or heard of. So, to help you with that, I’m adding a few pictures (that I just googled) of the correct way to do them. If there are any questions, you can easily find the moves on Youtube or google if you need to look them up. They are all also easily adapted so you can change it for your needs. Also, if you don’t like one of the moves, you can change the move all together so that it’s a fun, and still good, workout for you. You shouldn’t feel bad about changing or adapting someone’s workout, ever. It might be their workout plan, but it’s your workout too. Do what makes you comfortable, and what helps you enjoy it.
I’m not a Dr or a personal trainer, I just do a lot of working out (particularly running and a lot of other cardio). So these work outs were put together by me and my experience. They were meant to give you a work out and have fun doing so. I hope you all enjoy them.

You can modify this by just stepping back instead of jumping.
