CELEBRATING | our anniversary! It’s our golden anniversary (is that a thing?), 6 years on the 6th. Kyle has this week off of work, as he’s working really hard on our backyard (killing weeds, and pulling weeds, and tilling the soil in order to put sod down this weekend!) BUT his parents are in town to help, and so we’ll be able to sneak off for a date night. Hoorah! And also we’re celebrating that soon we’ll have a backyard to play in.

READING | The Night Circus, although at the time that this goes live I will have hopefully finished that and moved on to Big Little Lies. And next up are Eleanor, and The Coincidence of Coconut Cake. I’m also in the middle of The Continuous Conversion. I was flying through it, and then misplaced the book, but now I’ve found it and am hoping to finish that this week, too. Andddd I have about 10 books on my bedside table, also waiting to be read. So many books, so little time!

PONDERING | the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the Book of Mormon. I’m a youth leader for the girls in my church, and are currently doing a challenge to read the Book of Mormon in 90 days (we’ll finish the middle of July). I am loving this challenge — how it helps me to be motivated to study my scriptures and really think about what I’m reading. I’m so thankful for Him. So thankful.

SIPPING | on water. No soda for me this month! None at all.

GOING | nowhere this month! And to be honest, thank heavens for that! The last few months have been busy, which I love, but I also enjoy just being at home (and not having to unpack. Isn’t that the worst part?).
