Oh, food. When you have kids your relationship with food changes in many ways. For one, when you have a newborn, you’re either forgetting to eat because you are so tired and you are holding a crying/nursing/sleeping baby all the time and/or you’re hyper focused on what you should be eating because it seems that your little one has an intolerance to every single thing you like to eat. And then! your baby grows bigger and all of sudden you’re supposed to be introducing them to solids and that just gets crazy. And the older they get, the crazier it seems to be. From picky eaters to kids eating you out of house and home, food is probably something that is constantly thought and talked about.
Anyhow, today I thought I’d share with you a few of our favorite go-to meals and snacks. We are pretty laid back around here. I’m not overly concerned about processed foods, but I do try to get my kids their fruits and veggies, too. I like to think we have a fairly good balance of both over here, but I could be kidding myself đŸ˜‰
