For a few years now I’ve been contemplating utilizing some sort of teeth whitening process, but never made the effort to find one that would meet my requirements. Luckily, last month Smile Brilliant reached out to me, asking if I’d like to review their product. After a quick peruse of their website, I was in! I’m so excited today to share the process with you, as well as my results, because they’re amazing!
Once you place your order online you’ll receive a package in the mail from Smile Brilliant that includes the following: syringes of dental whitening gel and de-sensitizing gel, plastic teeth molds, the paste needed to create the molds, a pre-stamped package to send your molds back, and instruction cards. Creating the molds is an easy process, and for peace of mind they actually send you enough paste for 3, just in case you mess up once 😉 Once you create your molds, drop them in the mail using the enclosed package, and then wait for your custom whitening trays to come back.
Once you have your custom whitening trays back, the teeth whitening process is easy. You simply place the gel in your molds, leave them in for 45 minutes-3 hours, and do this every day or every other day, and you’re good to go! Just follow the instructions, and you’re golden. I experienced the tiniest bit of irritation on my gums the first few times, but it went away after a few minutes, and wasn’t bad at all.
I loved that it was such an easy process — perfect for a busy mom like me! At first I was trying to do it at night after my kids went to bed, but sometimes I would forget! So I switched to doing it in the morning while I was getting ready and cleaning around my house, and I really enjoyed doing it that way!
Alright, now. Ready for my results? I am blown away!

Wow! Isn’t that crazy? I took these two photos in the same spot, and didn’t edit either one except cropping closer .The time of day was a little different, but I promise lighting would not have made that big of a difference.
