We didn’t get any newborn pictures with Abe. We were still recovering (budget-wise) from moving across the state and graduate school, so we opted instead to get family pictures done when he was 3 months old, at a cheaper studio when we visited family in Utah. Those pictures turned out super cute, and I’ve never regretted that decision.

Eliza was born in a different hospital, and they have a contract with a company to come and do free, in-room newborn sessions there. We had them done, but ultimately didn’t end up buying them, as they were a little out of our price range at the time, and we already had a photographer booked when Eliza was a few weeks old.

Jonah was born at the same hospital as Eliza, and we again had the chance for a free session. The photographer came in the morning after he was born (so he wasn’t even 24 hours old yet!) and they turned out phenomenal. Since my friend who I was going to have take his newborns ended up not being available, we bought them and have no regrets! Anyway, all that to say that today I wanted to share with you some of my favorites, and I hope you love them as much as I do! Can you believe that my little guy is SIX WEEKS OLD already? I sure can’t!
